As our business expands, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Plumbing Department Manager to lead our plumbing operations and help take the division to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily plumbing operations and manage a team of licensed plumbers.
Schedule and coordinate projects, manpower, and materials.
Work with the estimating team to bid and plan new projects.
Ensure code compliance, safety, and quality workmanship.
Mentor and train plumbing staff to support continued growth.
Communicate closely with project managers, field crews, and clients.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing
Journeyman Plumber license (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality work
