Who We’re Looking For
Residential replacement window installers only (not new construction). Crews must be professional, reliable, and able to pass a background check.
Required Installation Methods
Nail Flange with Trim
Block Frame
Retrofit Sloped Sill Windows
Material Experience
Vinyl
Fiberglass
Clad Wood
Precision Skill-Sets Needed
Cutting depth/liners back
Cutting back siding cleanly and safely
Installing interior trim, exterior trim, and box liners with precision
Compensation
$350.00 per window + (rate varies with scope, complexity, and quality). Prompt pay. High volume available for top performers.
Certifications
LRRP (Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting) certifications a plus — both individual and firm.
Minimum Requirements
Ability to pass a background check
Own tools, reliable work vehicle(s), and smartphones for site photos/updates
Crew lead able to read scopes, verify measurements, and interface professionally with homeowners
Safe jobsite practices and clean finish work
