Established new construction plumbing company in Auburn seeking a full-time project manager for our townhome/rowhouse division.
Applicant must have at least two years of new construction field experience. Plumbing experience is preferred, but applicants with experience working for a general contractor will also be considered.
Training will be provided. Priority consideration will be given to applicants who possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and an understanding of the importance of accountability and being part of a team.
Daily tasks will include site visits and coordinating with project foremen, general contractors, and internal staff. Light computer work will be necessary, such as e-mail correspondence and Microsoft Excel.
Applicant will be subject to a 90 day review period. Upon completion of this review period, a permanent position will be offered if applicant has satisfied all employment requirements. At this time, benefits will apply, such as holiday pay and medical/dental insurance. Additional benefits will become available as employment continues, including performance bonuses and paid vacation time.
