Description:
We’re seeking dedicated and experienced Remodeling teammates to support our site Supervisors in delivering top-quality residential and commercial remodeling construction work. This role requires someone who understands the big picture while being detail-oriented and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of tasks, including general labor, rough and finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and general remodeling.
Act as the second-in-command on-site, supporting the Supervisor in planning, organization, and project management.
Maintain daily site cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Assist with subcontractor and visitor check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that safety and quality standards are upheld.
Communicate effectively via email, text, and phone.
Maintain a proactive approach—when not actively building, prepare for the next phase, check subcontractor work, and ensure everything is clean and orderly.
Keep clients informed with regular updates, address concerns, manage expectations, and ensure a positive experience.
