Roadside Service TechnicianAAA WashingtonThis role is responsible for providing mechanical assistance and repairs on the company's fleet vehicles and member vehicles. WHAT YOU'LL DOResponsible for providing emergency mechanical assistance on member vehicles, such as jump-starts, battery testing, selling and installation of batteries, tire changes, delivering gasoline, lock-out services, and minor vehicle repairs as permissible.Responsible for towing vehicles to specified location following correct safety and towing procedures. Be the "face" of AAAWA to our members who are stranded and in need of emergency roadside service.Perform electrical, fuel or other system diagnosis on vehicles.Provide customer service to members and other departments as needed. Advise manager of any vehicle or operational issues.Perform minor vehicle repairs on assigned vehicles.Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.Incorporates AAA's vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to AAA's vision mission and values.
