You Must Have
1. Experience in Residential Re-Roofing - Composition, Torchdown and Metal
2. Must do High Quality, Clean work
3. Must have one person on the crew that speaks english
4. The Crew leader must have the experience to handle almost everything that comes up
5. Good driving record
6. Great customer service skills
7. Willingness to learn new products
8. Good organization skills
9. Respect and Pride for the industry is a must
10. No sub-contractors
