Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the roofing production team
- Foster and uphold a culture of safety and quality
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure exceptional standards and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to the installation team
- Address client concerns and disputes with professionalism
- Coordinate the scheduling of materials, equipment, and crews to meet production goals
- Perform annual performance evaluations for employees and subcontractors
- Track labor and material costs to ensure profitability
- Promptly investigate and document any safety-related issues
- Oversee change orders to maintain proper margins and accurate accounting
- Thoroughly understand and manage sold projects and company operations
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of construction experience, with a strong focus on roofing
- At least 3 years in a construction management role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
