Remodel Carpenter
As a Remodel Carpenter, you will handle siding installation and repairs, perform advanced finish carpentry tasks such as trim and cabinetry, and contribute to various remodeling projects, including framing, drywall, and structural work. You’ll collaborate with team members to meet project goals efficiently while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards on job sites.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in remodeling or construction carpentry.
Expertise in siding installation and finish carpentry techniques (preferred).
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is highly valued.
Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Lead Framer
Oversee framing crews to ensure quality work and efficient operations, interpreting blueprints to guide precise execution. Coordinate with project managers and trades to meet timelines and budgets, enforce safety standards, and mentor team members to uphold excellence.
Valid driver’s license.
7+ years of framing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong communication skills, with bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
Proficient in interpreting blueprints and using framing tools.
Ability to lead and inspire a team while prioritizing safety and quality.
