Very small Ballard-based tree outfit looking to add a climber. Option for 3 or 4 day work week year round. We do mostly pruning, but also some close-quarter removals with a focus on quality of work. Most of our work is in Seattle. Our equipment is reliable and well-maintained. The company owner is part of the crew and is doing the crappier parts of the job as much as anybody. We’re a small crew with a low-drama track record, so we’re looking for the right person to join us.
Applicants should:
-have 2+ years tree climbing experience
-be able to work in all PNW weather conditions
-be able lift heavy objects throughout the day
-be reliable and on-time
-climb SRS and MRS with or without spurs
-prune to ANSI standards
Certifications and qualifications a plus (arborist, tree climber, CPR, EHAP, etc.)
