We are seeking an Automotive Service Manager for one of our Dealerships; Renton Kia
The Service Manager must have strong knowledge of how a service department works including, RO flow, staffing, marketing, quality control, factory relations, department profitability and CSI. Our Service Managers are also responsible for running a profitable and efficient department at a busy / fast pace. He/she will accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization and security.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
As a Service Manager, you will be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as a Service Manager:
At least 3-5 years of experience in a service management or assistant service management role is required
CDK experience
Must have computer proficiency
Valid driver's license
