Job Title: Shop Helper
Location: Port Orchard, WA

We’re a busy Mechanic/Welding & Fabrication shop that takes pride in quality work, reliable service, and a hands-on team environment. We’re looking for a reliable Shop Helper to join our crew and keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist Mechanic and Welder with daily tasks
Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
Handle basic tool and equipment prep
Load/unload materials and parts
Perform general labor and support duties as needed
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work safely
Comfortable with physical labor, lifting, and working on your feet
Basic mechanical knowledge or experience is a plus (but not required)
Must be reliable and punctual
Must have a valid WA driver's license
Must pass drug test
