Starting wages of $22.00 - $27.00/hr depending on experience (roofing or solar experience)

Requirements:
Reliable team player with an outstanding work ethic, professional demeanor, and pleasant to be around (tempers and disrespect are not tolerated)
Comfortable with heights and experience working on varying roof types in all weather conditions (hot sun with no shade in the summer and rain in the winter)
Ability to work inside attics and crawl spaces
Able to perform physical exertion: carrying, climbing, crawling, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, hauling, and lifting up to 50-75 pounds
Must have your own transportation and a valid Driver's License
Willing and able to commute to job sites in the Puget Sound area (mileage reimbursement provided for any travel greater than to the company office)
Knowledge and safe use of handheld and power tools
Have own hand tools (the company provides all power tools)
Maintain company and OSHA safety requirements
Enthusiastic 'do-what-it-takes' mentality
