Facility maintenance and environmental services company is seeking a team leader / Manager
We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Facility Maintenance Team Lead to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Coach, train, and lead a crew of 5- 10 team members in facility maintenance tasks.
Develop and implement daily and weekly game plans to achieve team goals.
Ensure job quality and customer satisfaction through regular interaction with clients.
Maintain clean and safe job sites by following safety and maintenance procedures.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to job tasks.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-4 years in a leadership position
Experience in leading teams of 5-10 people per team
Ability to maintain a steady work schedule and work in various weather conditions.
Capability to operate or learn to operate standard machinery and equipment
Physical ability to lift 50-60 pounds or more.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and back up a truck with trailer if needed
High attention to detail and pride in work quality.

Compensation
$25-$30 per hour to start. Compensation is based on skill and experience.
