Full service flooring company established in 2006. Providing consumers both materials and installation of virtually any type of flooring available on the market today. We're looking for the next Great Go-to Helper for our crew to help us continue our growth.
The successful candidate will be able to take direction, communicate effectively, and follow company policy closely, and will have experience working with customers to solve any issues which arise.
OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT INCLUDES:
- Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekends, Occasional After Hours work.
- MUST speak and understand English Language8 Hour Workdays Up To 5 days per week (Prepare to arrive to begin
your day by heading out to the jobs by 7am!)

LOOKING FOR:
- MUST be willing to commit to 90 days to start.
- PREPARE to get your hands dirty, lifting 50lbs or more; You will be on your hands & knees as well as feet.

NORMAL DAY:
- Arrive to Shop, Be on the Road by 7:00am
- Unless otherwise finish day at Shop by 4:30pm
- Maintain a Professional attitude with clients and peers
Pro Flooring LLC is seeking a Helper to assist our team. The Flooring helper will be assisting the Lead Installer/Owner to install Hardwood, Vinyl and other types of flooring using a variety of techniques and over time will learn how to install all of our products. The individual in this position will also maintain a safe working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow direction laid out by Owner and Lead Installer
- Communicate Effectively with Lead Installer, Owner, & Office
- Cut, glue and nail flooring to the floor using hand tools.
- Assist with maintaining Clean Worksite
- Use hand saws and other flooring tools.
- Safely load and transport materials using forklifts, hand trucks and other vehicles.
