Job Title: Independent Contractor – Student Transportation Driver

✅ Schedules & Pay Structure
Full-Time Contractor
2 Morning Rides + 2 Afternoon Rides per day
$45 per ride × 4 = $180/day
$900/week (5 days)
$3,600/month (20 days)
Part-Time Contractor
1 Morning Ride + 1 Afternoon Ride per day
$45 per ride × 2 = $90/day
$450/week (5 days)
$1,800/month (20 days)
✅ Pay Policy
Paid per ride, not per student
Rides between 1–15 miles = $45
Longer rides may qualify for higher pay
A $5 commission is deducted per ride (covers dispatch/service)
Example: $45 ride → $40 net to the driver
✅ Driver Requirements
21 years or older
Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Own vehicle (2015 or newer)
Must provide:
Vehicle registration
Proof of insurance
Rear-view photo of vehicle
Must complete full onboarding process including:
Drug test
Mandatory video training
Vehicle inspection
Fingerprint-based background check
