REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have own authority. (Active MC# with Interstate Authority)
- Driver(s) must have active/up to date Class-A CDL
- Driver(s) must have valid/up to date DOT Medical Card
- Communication with dispatch is key for freight details, delivery or pick up times, and special handling requests
- Must have dry van trailer/reefer
- Must be and/or have your own driver(s)
- Driver(s) preferred to have at least 1 year of Tractor-Trailer pickup/delivery experience
- Driver(s) must be at least 21 years old
- Driver(s) must have the availability to stay over the road for 1-2 weeks at a time if needed
- Driver(s) must have good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Driver(s) must have good and verifiable driving record
Duties:
- Pick up/deliver shipments within a specific geographical area
- Practice exceptional safety measures when driving
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
- Complete Driver's Daily Log on paper or have ELD device to track driver(s) hours and location
- Complete delivery documents accurately
- Report any delays in transit or damages to freight to dispatch
- Must be punctual for assignments/appointments

Compensation:
- Our quota is $5,000 per week, per truck
- Quickpay options with Brokers and/or Factoring Company
- Fuel Card advances and discounts from Factoring Company
- 7% per load gross dispatch fee invoiced to you weekly
