We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable person to help with deliveries of custom cabinets around the Greater Seattle area. You’ll be loading, riding along in a large box truck, and unloading cabinets at homes and job sites.
You’ll be the face of our company out in the field, so a good attitude and professionalism are a must.
You need to be able to lift 75+ lbs regularly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview
- Ride along with the delivery driver to assist in loading, transporting, and unloading cabinetry.
- Spend approximately 70% or more of your time on deliveries.
- On slower delivery days, assist in the shop and finishing department with cabinet assembly and prep work.
- Work as part of the delivery department team, supporting both deliveries and in-house cabinet completion.
Responsibilities
- Install drawer guides, hinge plates, drawer clips, drawer fronts, and drawers.
- Hang cabinet doors and install applied doors, shelves, and shelf clips.
- Install specialty hardware and organizational items (e.g., Rev-A-Shelf, lazy susans, drawer inserts, recycle centers).
- Sand cabinets in the stain room as needed.
- Gather and wrap loose items (trim, fillers, shelves, paint/stain, matching putty).
- Load delivery trucks and complete required checklists to ensure all items are accounted for.
- Move and lift cabinets safely—must be comfortable handling items weighing up to 150 lbs when fully assembled.
