We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Delivery Assistant to join our team. As a Delivery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, physical strength to lift heavy items, the ability to use a pallet jack and phone apps.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the driver in navigating delivery routes.
Use hand tools to assemble and prepare items for delivery.
Help install furnitures at customer locations.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Lift and move heavy items with care and precision, avoiding damages.
Operate a pallet jack for efficient handling of goods.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Proficiency in using a pallet jack.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must pass a background check.
Ability to work a 6-day schedule (Monday-Saturday).
Willingness to assist the driver in various tasks.
Experience with hand tools and basic assembly.
Previous experiance is prefrred but not necessary.
