we are a small and tight knit group of builders working on single family residential construction. both remodel and new work. we have a ford van and a small dump trailer, as well as a small shop space and a carport that we use for material storage. We usually have 5-7 active job sites all within the city of seattle. we are looking for a responsible person who can drive the van and trailer, picking up materials at various venders and delivering them to our sites. we also haul a lot of our own trash and bring it to the dumps. this position will also be responsible for keeping track of all the tools and physical infrastructure that we have and that regularly needs to be moved around town.
we are a good group of people who are building fancy custom projects directly for clients. we all take a lot of pride in what we do and are looking for someone who will want to dig in to the work. this is not simply a passive driving job. its a role that is responsible for organizing and distributing a wide array of materials and resources as needed to the onsite crew.
applicants need to have a valid drivers license, a clean record, and be able to carry 100lbs regularly in uneven terrain.
