About the Role
Oktay Tours & Travel is hiring an experienced and dependable Shuttle Bus Driver to operate our 23-passenger shuttle bus for sightseeing and charter tours. This position is ideal for licensed drivers with a Passenger Endorsement (P Endorsement) who want to earn extra income while enjoying scenic routes around the Pacific Northwest.
You’ll play an essential role in providing safe, professional, and memorable travel experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a 23-passenger shuttle bus on scheduled tours and private charters
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for passengers
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all DOT, state, and company safety guidelines
Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and questions about destinations
Maintain accurate trip logs and communicate with the dispatch team
Requirements
Valid Washington State Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement (P Endorsement)
Clean driving record (no recent major violations or accidents)
Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience preferred (school bus, public transit, shuttle, or charter driving)
Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-focused
Strong communication and people skills; friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle local routes and tourist destinations confidently
