NorthStar CG, LP is the national leader in the demolition and abatement industry. The Issaquah, WA Branch is looking for a motivated individual with a “Can do” attitude to fill our Warehouse Supervisor position.

Primary Duties:

• In consultation with Warehouse Manager, provide equipment and material resources to support field operations in a manner that balances operational efficiency and cost controls

• Identify and coordinate availability of tools, equipment, and supplies

• Coordinate the transportation of equipment and material resources to and from field operations in a cost effect manner that supports operational needs

• Monitor stock levels and notify Purchasing if ordering is needed

• Supervise a team of skilled warehouse personnel including Delivery Drivers and Warehouse Assistants

Qualifications:

• Must be a fast learner

• Must have forklift experience

• Must have experience supervising a team and a proven track record of cooperation and coordination with other groups within the same company

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Relevant Experience:

• Warehouse Supervisor experience

• Construction industry experience

• Construction equipment/mechanical background

Skills & Knowledge:

• Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Clerical Skills: Typing 60 WPM, copying, faxing, filing, and telephone etiquette.

• Good general computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)

• Ability to multitask

• Experience with tool tracking software programs

• Ability to prioritize, organize, manage time and delegate responsibility

• Spanish speaker a plus

Physical Capabilities:

• Sit and use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or manipulate objects, tools, or controls

• Talk, and hear

• See using peripheral , close, and distance vision including the ability to adjust focus

• Stand, walk, and reach with hands, arms, and legs

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

• Operate a motor vehicle to travel between company facilities and jobsites

Work Schedule:

Generally Monday to Friday, occasional overtime and weekend work depending on internal and external customer needs

Compensation:

Compensation is DOE. Pay cycle is weekly
