POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: General Duties of Customer Service Specialist I- A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, basic troubleshooting, and responding to client outreach. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. Other responsibilities include keeping track of client contact/appointments, appropriate client scheduling, and communication with other support staff.
