Kitchen Manager needed for Tearoom and Cabaret event venue.
Looking for a cheerful, motivated, extremely organized and reliable individual who can take leadership of our day to day kitchen duties and bring creative and cost manageable ideas to help continue elevating our overall guest experience.
Applicant must have at least 1 year with kitchen leadership and prep work, have current food handler and qualifying certifications and be proficient in Excel.
Responsibilities:
Food planning and prep for weekly reservation and potential walk-in traffic
Create weekly Excel sheet grocery list
Keep all areas of kitchen completely organized and maintained
Create and maintain Excel sheet projection sheet for cost management & waste control
Keep kitchen clean at all ties and end of day
Daily plating of tea tiers and small bite plates
Excellent communication with staff on day to day basis
Daily check in and weekly meeting with owner
