Meat Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Meat Manager to oversee and manage our meat department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

As the Meat Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the meat department. You will

- Manage Staff

- Oversee Inventory

- Maintain quality and safety standards

- Provide excellent customer service

To be a great Meat Manager at the Markets, you should have

- A minimum of two years of experience in meat management and/or meat cutting

- Strong knowledge of meat selection, preparation, and presentation

- Ability to manage and lead a team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our meat department

- Proven ability to build sales and achieve financial goals including gross margin and labor costs

- Experience in managing production, ordering and inventory control
