About Us: We are Anacortes’ newest fine dining restaurant, where Pacific Northwest cuisine shines in a modern, elegant setting. We focus on using local, fresh ingredients to create memorable, elevated dining experiences for our guests.
Positions Available: Prep Cook, Line Cook, Server
Requirements for All Positions:
Valid Washington State Food Worker Card
MAST certification required for servers
2 years experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
Passion for hospitality and high-quality service
Prep Cook/Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients for dishes, including chopping, peeling, and washing
Set up workstations and keep them clean and organized
Measure ingredients accurately, label prepped items, and follow recipes
Work under the guidance of senior kitchen staff to ensure high standards are met
Support overall kitchen efficiency, from food storage to maintaining hygiene standards
Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field
Line Cook
Responsibilities:
Execute menu items to our standards during service, ensuring flavor, portion, and presentation meet our quality
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and timely service
Maintain a clean, organized station and manage inventory as needed
Communicate effectively with front and back-of-house teams
Ideal Candidate:
Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food safety practices
Ability to work swiftly and precisely while upholding quality standards
Flexibility to take on various stations in the kitchen as needed
Server
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to guests, guiding them through menu offerings and making recommendations
Take orders, relay them accurately to kitchen staff, and serve dishes to guests in a polished, professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized dining area and attend to guests' needs with a warm and welcoming attitude
Process payments, follow safety protocols, and maintain a detailed knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and allergens
Ideal Candidate:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fine dining environment
Knowledge of Pacific Northwest cuisine and wines is a plus
Experience in Fine Dining is a plus
