Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. We are a surgical-heavy practice, and much of the role involves surgical assisting and sedation monitoring. Because of this, we are looking for someone who is comfortable in that environment. I want a long term team member who is eager to grow with our new practice.

Responsibilities:
-Assist the dentist during various dental surgeries & Exams.
-Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
-Dental radiographs (x-rays).
-Record patient medical and dental histories.
-Provide patients with information on oral health care and self care instructions.
-Ensure the office remains clean and well-organized.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but willing to train if eager to learn
-Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Interested in surgical assisting, phlebotomy & sedation
