No previous office experience is required – training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls; respond to emails professionally
-Assist with filing, scanning, and general office organization
-Enter data into spreadsheets or software systems
-Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong communication, organizational skills attention to detail
-Fluency in both English and Spanish
-Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
-Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn

Work Schedule:
