Mountain View Veterinary Clinic is a busy 1.5 doctor practice that performs both exotic and small animal medicine. We have a well-rounded team of staff members that provide the best medicine possible to our patients. We practice at the highest standards in the industry by following AAHA guidelines. We also strive to foster a fun, family-based atmosphere where clients and pets come first. We practice Fear Free techniques when treating patients by pushing positive reinforcement through treats and pheromone sprays.
What We Need:
We are looking for a top-notch Client Service Representative to be responsible for checking in clients and patients, answering phone calls, setting clients up on our online pharmacy, scheduling appointments, faxing prescriptions, answering client questions, taking payments, cleaning rooms, restocking inventory items, extraordinary customer service and maintaining a practical knowledge of hospital procedures, services, prices, and policies.

People Oriented
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to teamwork
Two years or more experience in a veterinary practice as a receptionist is desired but not required.
