Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established land and title company dedicated to providing top-notch services in the real estate industry to recruit for a receptionist to join their team.
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
What you get to do:
·Greet customers and alert appropriate staff of the arrival of a customer.
· Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.
· Keep waiting area clean and stocked with refreshments and supplies.
· Handle customer service requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
·Data Entry
· Downloading recorded documents from the county daily
· Enter documents into company database.
What you need to be successful:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, all internet browsers, and cloud-based programs)
· Familiarity with keyboarding and ability to type with accuracy
·Organized, detailed oriented, multi-tasker
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
