We are looking for front of the house staff for our store in Mukilteo!
Front of house:
-Coffee barista experience is preferred but not required
-Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer base, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
-Meet revenue goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to team members
-Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service, product knowledge, and training
-Ensure inventory is up to date and all items are stocked
-Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Facility cleaning, including surfaces and floors.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Ability to read and follow task lists.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically, you can expect to be:
-Working around hot water and hot bakery equipment or ovens.
- Walking on or across damp or wet areas on the floor.
- Moving and lifting 5 to 15 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Constantly using your hands and arms, and standing or walking for most of your shift.
Starting pay is minimum wage or more depending on experience.
