Experienced Bookkeeper - Part-time but could lead to Full-time
This position is for someone who is very organized, can prioritize their tasks around upcoming deadlines, has the ability to multi-task, experience with QuickBooks, has basic Excel, Word skills, and is detailed oriented.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Payroll – Experience using QuickBooks payroll including quarterly and year end filings
Accounts Receivable – Invoicing, receiving payments, deposits
Accounts Payable – Entering and paying bills, managing credit cards.
Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and liabilities.
Filing, faxing, supporting other team members.
