We are seeking a Credit Coordinator to handle high-volume processes while building close customer relations. If you meet our qualifications and the following responsibilities appeal to you, we encourage you to apply!
Qualifications
Credit and collections experience
Success working within a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and very detail orientated
Knowledge of construction laws is a plus but not required
Proficiently in Excel
Responsibilities
Collect, process and reconcile accounts receivable; resolve short pays, claims and disputes
Process customer applications: investigate credit background, pull credit reports, make credit recommendations and request updated credit applications as needed
Perform collection activities as directed by Credit Manager and maintain collection notes in computer system
Process preliminary information for prelien notices, send Lien Releases, file liens, bond claims, UCCs and stop notices
Process monthly late charges and statements
