We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented assistant to help manage and grow our businesses. This person will play a critical role in keeping operations organized, ensuring compliance, and supporting both business and personal scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Business Administration
Keep business filings, licenses, and insurance fully up to date — not just reminders, but execution and tracking.
Maintain organized records, contracts, and compliance checklists. Downline override tracking etc.
Research information, vendors, and opportunities that help the business move forward.
Prepare clear reports on business activities, finances, and compliance.
Financial Tracking
Monitor income, expenses, and profitability.
Maintain and update simple financial reports or bookkeeping systems.
Assist with preparing documents for taxes, insurance, and accounting.
Scheduling & Coordination
Manage business and family calendars, appointments, and reminders.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners.
Ensure meetings, events, and deadlines are not missed.
General Support/ To do tasks
Provide trusted assistance across both business and personal.
Help with connections, networking, and maintaining professional relationships.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
Marketing and customer care assistance
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable handling sensitive and financial information with discretion.
Basic bookkeeping / financial tracking experience.
Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive in following through.
Able to work 20-30+ hours per week.
