On a daily basis, our small crew of laborers, detailers, and carpenters provides warranty, detail, and punch list type services for residential builders. Using builder platforms and our scheduling program, our scheduler manages the logistics of these services from the time we receive a request from the builder, all the way through to completion. Each step in between must be carefully scheduled, communicated and managed for operations to continue smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional role
- High technical acumen
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- College degree preferred
- Experience with / working knowledge of production residential construction highly preferred
- Project managment experience in any industry is a plus
- HR experience is also a plus
