HORIZON CREDIT UNION is excited to be adding a full-time CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE position to our Contact Center in Spokane Valley! We are seeking applicants who are highly motivated, energetic and compassionate. A passion to provide exceptional service to our members and comfort level in sharing information about our products and services and how they can help our members is a key part of this position and the success of the credit union.
Our ideal candidate will thrive on assisting members with financial solutions via telephone, correspondence or email in addition to handling basic account information and maintenance questions. You will assist and educate members in utilizing products and services which may be a fit for them. If you enjoy customer service and believe you can represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner this this just may be the perfect fit for you!
