Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional support to clients and travel agents via phone, email, or chat
Assist with flight, hotel, cruise, and tour bookings, cancellations, and modifications
Research travel options and provide accurate, up-to-date information
Troubleshoot issues related to reservations, payments, or travel documentation
Communicate with vendors and travel partners to resolve customer concerns
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transaction history
Educate clients on travel policies, requirements (e.g., passports, visas), and procedures
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the entire booking process
Qualifications:
