Lucid Room opens this June as a dreamlike space for intentional hairdressing, artistry, and collaboration. We’re looking for a Salon Concierge to be the first face our guests see—and the person who ensures every detail of their visit feels seamless, calm, and considered.
This is a client-centered role in a space where service and creativity meet. You'll help us set the tone from the very beginning, curating a high-standard experience for every guest, every time.
In this role, you'll:
- Greet and care for clients throughout their visit
- Book appointments and manage schedules to optimize time and flow
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support communication
- Maintain a clean, elevated space—including laundry and salon upkeep
- Learn and follow all service offerings, pricing, and regulatory standards
- Assist with checkout and retail product knowledge
What we’re looking for:
- A detail-oriented person who brings calm energy to fast-moving days
- Someone who values beauty, art, and structure equally
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfort working within high expectations and creative environments
- Interest in the hair industry and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in hospitality or salons is a plus—but not required
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time (3 days) and full-time (4 days) option
