Renting and reserving Storage rooms
Renting U-Haul equipment (including driving trucks and hooking up tow trailers)
Collecting rent/Collection calls
Selling boxes and packing supplies
Daily Cash accounting/ Deposits
Resolving customer service issues
Monitor and maintain the storage facility
Minor facilities maintenance/ facility cleaning
Organizing and filing paperwork
Maintain all inventory and prepare orders for inventory and office supplies
Do multiple “walk-around” facility checks throughout the day
While performing duties you will occasionally be required to work in inclement weather and walk some distance throughout the day.
