Position: Part-Time School Age Teacher (Seasonal Full-Time)
Schedule: Part-time (2:00-6:00 Monday-Friday) during the school year, transitioning to full-time during summer (9:30-6:00 Monday-Friday) and school breaks.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate School Age Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis during the school year, with full-time hours available over the summer and during school holidays and breaks. This role involves creating and implementing educational and recreational activities tailored to school-aged children (5-12 years).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational activities.
Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and promoting positive behaviors.
Collaborate with staff to create a cohesive and fun environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s experiences and development.
Adapt activities to meet the varying needs and interests of children.
Manage classroom materials and resources.
Transport children from school and on fieldtrips during the summer.
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience in teaching or childcare with a focus on school-aged children but experience is not required.
Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.
Is energetic, creative, and capable of working with groups of children.
Has a current First Aid and CPR certification or is willing to obtain.
Must be able to pass a federal Background Check before employment.
Current driver's license.
Employment Details:
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week during the academic year; up to 40 hours per week during summer and school breaks.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
