We are hiring a respite care provider for our sweet and energetic 10 year old son who has Down syndrome. Applicant MUST have childcare or education background, with verifiable references. Experience working with children with special needs preferred. To become an approved respite care provider applicant must meet all of the following requirements: 18 or older, proof of H.S. diploma or GED, and be able to pass a criminal background check. Valid driver's license with clean driving record as some driving to appointments might be necessary. Hours variable from week to week, pay DOE with possible increase after trial period.
