Urban Empire Homes, LLC is looking for a designer of home plans to take on some of our business. We have some very specific needs and requirements which we can email to you if you show interest in working with us.
A few of the most important non negotiable items are:
1. You must reside in the Spokane area so you are able to go into the city of Spokane as/when needed.
2. You must be able to show that you have successfully submitted and obtained approval on at least 5 single family home plans in the city of Spokane.
3. You must be quick and efficient and communicate extremely well.
We are a high volume, fast paced company that has specific time frames for everything we process. We are looking to outsource the need for home plans, however, for the right person and right price, we can offer full time employment.
