Holt Surveying and Mapping is a surveying company located in Spokane Washington whose
owner, Rick Holt PLS, has 25 years of surveying experience. We are licensed in Washington and Idaho and are looking to hire a
Survey Drafter.
Qualifications
Must be punctual, dependable and ready to work in all weather conditions, although our winters are
much slower and primary function of position will be performed in doors, survey field work may be required at times.
We are open year-round.
Knowledge of Civil 3D, survey equipment and surveying procedures is a must.
Experience with Pix4D a plus and drone license and familiarity with drone surveying a plus.
Knowledge of boundary surveys, construction staking, and monument locating is required.
We use Leica equipment but knowledge of any survey equipment is appreciated.
Ability to carry heavy survey equipment. Candidate will need to be physically able to
hike in all weather, sometimes for an extended period of time, while carrying survey
equipment.
Attention to detail. You must be able to work with numbers quickly and accurately and be able to spot errors while performing survey work and drafting.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Perusing your LSIT or PLS is a huge plus.
