In search of a professional baker. A qualified candidate will have at least 2 years experience baking in a professional kitchen. We are a French bakery and patisserie, with a focus on traditional French pastry and croissant. Our baker works side by side with our pastry chef, and each is responsible for fulfilling their designated morning bakes prior to opening. Our baker's duties include, dough work, laminated doughs, cookies, bars, cinnamon rolls, breads, buns, pastry creams, and some finishing work. Hard working, self motivated individuals who are serious about baking, advancing their career, and can work well as a team, will be compensated favorably, and qualify for advancement in our kitchen. Wages based on experience and performance.
