Let's face it - being a line cook is a drag. Same line every day. Same menu every day. Same drama every day. How many times can you hear a server yell that they need a dish on the rails because they forgot to ring it in. Better yet, they are probably telling the guests you lost the ticket. We all know tickets do not just float away.

Catering allows you to cook inside for prep (usually 2-3 8 hours shifts a week) then work some place different for the rest. We cook onsite so you get to setup field kitchens and have a little excitement while cooking! Every been 1 hour from serving 350 guests and had a kitchen trailer catch on fire? We have! Catering is cooking with a twist of fear, a cup of stress, and a pinch of creativity all thrown into a blender.

You need a drivers license. We have to drive to events so all staff need to be licensed. Clean record for past 3 years is a must (nothing big like at fault accidents, DUI, etc).

You need a reliable way to get to work.

You need 1 year cooking experience.

You need to be able to lead. All our staff are training to be leads at events so you will be running events and giving direction.

We start at $19 an hour then increase on knowledge and training. We will discuss that in your interview. Additionally, we have a tip pool that is paid out every paycheck.
