Position Available: Hybrid Restaurant Cook

Key Responsibilities
Learn and perform cooking duties to include preparation
Cross functional ability to tend bar (beer and wine) and act as cashier
Ability to learn, maintain and operate robotics and automation
Contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Love and passion for cooking, food preparation – some knowledge of working with bread dough a plus
Ability to learn, operate and maintain robotics and other automation. No need for robotics or automation experience, but at least basic mechanical aptitude is critical for the successful candidate
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional, hybrid position that could also include bar tending and general restaurant duties
