Duties are but not limited to, assisting guests checking in and checking out. Organize luggage assistance and transportation, handle guest complaints with empathy and diplomacy , keep a positive attitude and a happy demeanor.
Must be able to work alone or as part of the team.
Communicate with other departments and have organizational skills.
Able to multi task, think on your feet and handle everything with a smile.
Customer service is a key part of this job.
