We are seeking a dedicated and professional housekeeper to join our team. You will perform a variety of housekeeping duties including:
Vacuuming - Moping - Surface Cleaning - Dusting - Changing and Laundering Linens - Dispose of Trash From Resident Trash Cans - Light Dusting as Needed - Scrub Sinks - Bathtubs - Showers - and Toilets in Resident Apartments as Well as Public Bathrooms - Cleaning Glass Surfaces, Mirrors, and Countertops as Needed - Use Work Orders to Report Necessary Repairs or Replacements to Maintenance Department
Attention to Detail and experience with customer assistance and service are required. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. Must be able to lift 25 lbs, physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk perform daily tasks, and stand for long periods. Previous experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
