Gander and Ryegrass is a fine dining restaurant in the heart of downtown Spokane. We make everything we serve in house, from pasta and bread to bitters for cocktails. We put a lot of heart into what we are doing in the kitchen, behind the bar and throughout the dining room. We are looking for cooks who are passionate about food and hospitality, who value cooperation with a team and are down to work hard. Our lunch menu is based on share plates, pastas and sandwiches and our dinner menu is primary focused on a coursed tasting menu with lots of extra shared/casual dishes. There will be plenty of opportunities to stretch your skill set here.
