About the Position
Sushi I is hiring a skilled Line Cook who can operate confidently in a solo kitchen environment. You’ll run the hot line, manage prep, keep the kitchen organized, and maintain pace and quality throughout service. This role is best for someone with strong kitchen instincts who can work independently without constant direction.

Responsibilities
Run the hot line and complete all prep work independently
Maintain a clean, organized, efficient station
Handle cooking, plating, restocking, and closing duties
Communicate clearly with FOH and ownership
Keep quality, timing, and sanitation on point during busy periods

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of line cook experience OR strong operational maturity
Ability to work solo and stay calm, clean, and fast
Good knife skills and solid understanding of core cooking techniques
Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in doing things right
Strong sense of timing, organization, and kitchen flow
