We are in need of a person willing to take over the maintenance in a large hotel.
Basic all round knowledge in plumbing, electrical, maintaining grounds and painting are a few of the tasks.
De icing sidewalks, shoveling snow and an all round person.
We do have contractors that come in for the big jobs beyond our capabilities.
Must have some leadership experience for our small team.
